February 14, 1971. The death of Stephen H. Warner.

On this day oil producers signed the Tehran Agreement  in which they agreed to accept a 55% tax on oil exported from OPEC states.  The oil market was becoming increasingly unstable.

In Vietnam, combat journalist, law student and opponent of the war, Stephen H. Warner was killed in combat.  He left a legacy of photographs of his time in Vietnam.
