The Washington Post's columnist Robert J. Samuelson, whose been picking pins in the "income stagnation" story, won't give it a rest, even though he's engendering some vigorous commentary that he's wrong.
His latest installment:
While this may be something that appeals more to economics geeks than anything else, and while it also is just a slice of the economic pie picture, it's interesting. If Samuelson is right, it's pretty clear we don't understand this story and a lot about our own economy very well.
Of course, a person might reasonably ask, what difference does it make? Well, quite a lot.
