For some, to study law is to uphold justice, a noble call that is most commendable (and the world needs more of them); nevertheless, law is not just for lawyers or in the courtroom as it affects all aspects of society; from the protection of life and liberty to corporate or international relations, law graduates are capable of doing many important roles in various professions.

Thanks for your post.

I was frankly a little hesitant to approve this post as your link leads to a page on tankless water heaters, which is the sort of thing that is usually associated with spam posts. The entry itself would be highly atypical for spam, however, so I've approved it.

I will note that the practice of law is varied, and not everyone does the sorts of law I do, although I'm pretty varied myself. I.e., not everyone is a litigator. Nonetheless, I caution against the common claim that a law degree opens up the door for all sorts of things beyond the law itself, as it really does not all that much. A law degree lets you take the bar, and that allows you to practice law. Most lawyers aren't courtroom lawyers, however.

Having said all of that, there are those who leverage or take their law degrees into surprising fields.
