Sunday, June 21, 1914. A warning.

Serbia warned Austria of intelligence reports suggesting there would be an assassination attempt on Archduke Franz Ferdinand when he visited Sarajevo.

Serbian diplomat Jovan Jovanović Pižon who delivered the warning, which was ignored.

Montana miners left the IWW and formed the Western Federation of Miners.  The union dissolved in 1967 in the US, and 1993 in Canada.
